Humble Beginnings
What began as an idea that went on to revolutionize software development in Sri Lanka is now one of the pioneers and innovators of the information technology in Sri Lanka serving medium to large scale corporates in the private and public sector.
Softlogic Holdings PLC, rated as one of Sri Lanka’s most dynamic and reputed conglomerates, commenced operations in 1991 as a software developer with just 12 employees; now has expanded its footprint to six vertical sectors – ICT, Healthcare, Retail, Financial Services, Automobiles and Leisure. The Group’s representations and strategic alliances with reputed global institutions and large multinational corporations confirm its unparalleled local stature.

Selected as the distributor for Dell Computers, started introducing the range of Dell desktops and notebooks to the market and established a strong service center
Became a partner for IBM RS/6000
Established the network Infrastructure Team and introduced Dell servers to the Sri Lankan market
Introduced the Dell dual processor and quad core processor servers to Sri Lanka with EMC technologies
Became a Microsoft Gold Partner
Introduced the Dell consumer device range in Sri Lanka and established a strong distribution network
Achieved Cisco Premier partnership
Launched Dell EqualLogic storage solutions and Introduced Dell backup solutions to Sri Lanka
