To procure a large number of end user devices at the most cost effective prices. To be able to procure end user devices for any ad-hoc purchases immediately. Requires island wide support with a defined service levels agreement.
Solution
Dell business level end user
devices such as desktops and notebooks were proposed with a fixed specification
at a special fixed price which is valid throughout the year based on their
quantity commitment. A separate stock is maintained for MAS ad-hoc purchases
with island wide support.
